HealthPicked is an independent comparison and educational platform that researches, reviews, and compares licensed telehealth providers, primarily in the health and wellness space. We are not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, telemedicine service, or medical professional. We do not provide medical advice, prescribe medication, dispense pharmaceuticals, or process patient transactions of any kind. When you click through from HealthPicked to a featured telehealth provider, you leave our Site and any further interaction is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy practices.
2. Health Information & Regulatory Compliance
HealthPicked does not collect, store, process, or transmit any Protected Health Information ("PHI") as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA"). HealthPicked is not a Covered Entity or Business Associate under HIPAA and is not subject to HIPAA's regulatory requirements.
We do not request, collect, or maintain any medical history, diagnoses, prescriptions, treatment information, lab results, insurance details, or any other health-related personal information from visitors to our Site. Any such information that you choose to share with a telehealth provider featured on HealthPicked is collected directly by that provider and is governed by the provider's own privacy policy and applicable healthcare privacy laws, including HIPAA where applicable. HealthPicked has no access to, and receives no copy of, any health information you provide to a third-party telehealth provider.
